Globeducate at UK COP26 – the 26th UN Climate Change Conference hosted by Glasgow, UK, in partnership with Italy
The WWF Tree of Promises in the Blue Zone at COP26 in Glasgow, pictured above, will be on view to United Nations delegates between 31st October and 12th November. This zone will be the scene of historic negotiations between those with the power to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
The tree´s leaves display promises from our students. These messages of hope are directed at the decision makers of our planet´s future.
Being invited to be part of this global event is not only proof that we are doing the right things. It is also evidence that we are doing things right. Our students have a voice. And they can, and will, Shape the World.
